OTC Foundation board meetings are held quarterly from 11:45 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Lunch is served at 11:30 a.m.

Meeting are held on the Springfield campus in the Board of Trustees room, which is located on the 2nd floor of Information Commons. Parking spaces are reserved for all members who RSVP for the meeting. These spaces are located on the north side of the Information Commons building (Parking Lot F) and are held until 11:45 a.m.
