We are very proud and excited to be featuring artwork from JOE ARNES, mixed media neon sculptor. Joe’s sculpture “Luna” was voted “PEOPLE’S CHOICE” winner last October during the FIRST FRIDAY ARTWALK Council’s 10th Anniversary Artwalk juried art exhibition which was held at the OTC Fine Art Gallery.
