OTC Consumer Information

The Higher Education Act of 1965 requires colleges and universities to provide prospective and current students, parents, and the public access to certain information they are entitled to as consumers. Following are links to the information required to be disclosed.

College Policies

The policies of the Board of Trustees of the Ozarks Technical Community College are included in this manual. Responsibilities are defined concerning board officers, administrative personnel, faculty, and staff members. 

Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act (EADA) Reporting

The Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act Survey (EADA) was designed to make current and prospective students and current and prospective student-athletes aware of an institution of high education’s commitment to providing equitable athletic opportunities for its men and women students.

Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund Reporting

On May 6, 2020, the Office of Postsecondary Education published requirements for Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund (HEERF) reporting. Reporting for HEERF funds distributed to the Ozarks Technical Community College will begin 30 days from the U.S. Department of Education awarded grant documents and every 45 days thereafter.

Student Outcomes/Student Right-to-Know

Completion, Graduation, and Transfer-Out Rates. This includes the Student Outcomes and Career/Job Placement Outcomes items.

Title IX

Ozarks Technical Community College System seeks to create and maintain a safe environment where all members of the College community – students, employees, visitors, and other third parties – can learn and work free from harassment, discrimination, and sexual violence.  The College promotes personal integrity, civility, and mutual respect.  The College considers discrimination in all its forms to be a serious offense

Unofficial websites are those linked but not sponsored by OTC. Unofficial pages do not constitute official college business or statements, and the college does not endorse or monitor the content of these web pages. The views expressed on these pages are strictly those of the individual authors or groups.

OTC does not regulate the content on these sites except for the guidelines for all websites; however, the college will investigate all complaints involving unofficial web pages and reserves the right to remove or block material that violates federal or state law or college policy.
